Yesterday we had our Life Education excursion where we visited Healthy Harold and the team. We had lots of fun learning about healthy food, our body and how to stay safe in the community.
Congratulations to Evie who received a special award as part of our Education Week celebrations. Evie headed over to the High School to attend a ceremony and receive her award. Only a few students from each school were selected for the awards so it is a huge honour to be picked.

Today 1E were in charge of organising the assembly. Ava and Henry were amazing at running everything and Amethyst presented a wonderful Acknowledgement of Country.
Well done to everyone in 1E on a fantastic job acting out one of our favourite stories Thelma the Unicorn by Aaron Blabey.

Yesterday THPS celebrated NAIDOC week. We watched a smoking ceremony and some amazing Aboriginal dances performed by HSPA students. Then we had got to do a range of activities like face painting, beading and dancing. We even learnt about bush tucker and tried some kangaroo!
